What we store

• Your email address, to sign you in and to warn you when orders can't be processed.
• Your Picqer subdomain and the API keys you add, encrypted with AES-256 before they reach the database.
• For each concept order we see: its Picqer id, order number and reference, when we first saw it and when we processed it. No customer names, addresses or emails.
• Billing data is held by Stripe. We keep only your Stripe customer and subscription ids.

What we do with it

We call the Picqer API with your key to list concept orders and process them. We don't sell or share data, and we don't use it for anything else.

Deleting your data

Deleting a shop removes its key and order history at once. To delete your account entirely, write to support@abakira.com and we'll do it within 7 days.
